ANTIQUE Barnes Safe & Lock Company. Pittsburgh Philadelphia 1800's Fire Safe. Very nice antique and extremely rare 1800's Barnes Safe & Lock Company floor fire safe. This is serial# 37470 and could date back to around the mid 1880's from what I have seen. The approx dimesions of the outside is approx 23" deep x 22" wide and 33 tall. The interior is approx 13.5" deep x 13.5" tall and 9.5" wide with the door being approx 6.5" thick. This safe is a 7 panel fire safe with interior fire box as pictured. I do not have the combination for this safe but the door has been removed and the safe is on casters.

From my guess it weighs about 350-425lbs and is all original artwork and paint from what I can see. This can be inspected or tested by appointment in Aston Pa, approx 10 minutes south of Philadelphia International Airport.
