Very well made, heavy and works great, smooth movement using the combination. The safe is well made and small enough to fit in a closet. I like the option of opening it with either the combination or a key.

I will say the combination lock is very sensitive so if you go past numbers like I do you are going to have some trouble. It's also a 4 number combo so flex the memory.

Arrived in perfect condition, works great. The safe arrived in perfect condition and works as expected. I attached it to my concrete slab with the mounting plate atop my carpet. The mounting system works great as the template provided is spot on.

Tha safe came a little damaged. Nice safe real heavy duty, easy to open and close. Only thing I didn't like was I can't change the combination numbers.

The combination is a bit quirky in the way that you have to open it. Fortunately there is also a key if you want to speed things up. Overall, this fit our needs in lieu of a safe deposit box that you can no longer access because of COVID. I was able to slide the safe into position.

Combination lock worked well and my documents fit easily. I really liked that the safe is fire proof. It is worth this safe, my satisfaction is 100% I highly recommend it. Only issue is that I would have liked if the Combo could be changed, but the preset Combo was easy to use.

First Alert Has a Winner With This One. This is a great safe. It is roomy and has plenty of additional features for keys, flash drives, etc.

The quality seems fine and mine arrived without any damage. No problems with the combination and I haven't tried the key yet. The only issue at all was the mounting bracket template. I used it as is and it should be trimmed closer to the actual dimensions of the safe.

By not doing this the safe is a little too far from the wall. It is securely mounted though and it was very easy to do. This was a gift for a grandchild looking to keep important papers and other items safe. I liked the looks, sturdiness, dual locks and, most importantly, inside dimensions. Most of the others I looked at weren't big enough to hold letter size documents, unless they were folded. However, since it was a gift, I insisted the grandchild look at the safes and tell me which one the grandchild preferred. We all know their tastes are not automatically like ours. She liked it as well.

I think the grandchild is pleased with it. It is heavy, so it won't be easily moved. The 4 number combination starts with 4 turns stop on number, then to 3 turns etc... Then to 2 turns etc....

And finally 1 last turn to last number, then you insert key and turn, then you turn handle and pull. If your in and out of your safe a lot that can be a pain. Specially if your off on one of the numbers and have to start all over again! Its a good secure safe and I had no problem putting my important papers and folders and handguns in there.

This safe is heavy duty and has the option to bolt it to the floor so that in the event of a home invasion this safe is not able to be removed from your home even though it weighs 70 lbs or so.
