Mosler 1065 mechanical combination lock delayed action timer. Used before the advent of electronic combination locks for robbery deterrent. Wind by rotating dial right several turns right, run existing combination, wait 15 minutes then rotate dial right to unlock.

It had one complex time movement mounted on a Mosler 302-3 wheel key change lock body. Mosler key locking dial locks ad #70 to keep anyone from turning dial.

Very rare and highly collectible. You just don't see these any more. It will look great added to your lock collection. Spline key, key for dial and mounting screws included.
